Delivery of products

We usually dispatch most orders the next working day with UPS / DHL. We do our best to dispatch goods within a maximum of 3 working days of receipt of your order on available stock items. If you pay by bank transfer we will only be able to dispatch your package after we received your payment. The delivery charge is as follows:

UPS / DHL Standard delivery: € 16.95  (3-6 working days)
UPS / DHL Express delivery: € 18.95  (1-3 working days)

The standard delivery within the EU is FREE on orders with a value of € 200 or more (after any applicable discounts).

Return policy excerpt

You have the right to withdraw from the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) without having to provide any explanation and without incurring any penalty, the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you received the Products ordered (conditions apply!). In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you should fill in the Returned Goods Form (“RGF”, which you can download here) and send it by E-mail to info@mygpstore.com within the above deadline.

If any items you purchase from us are damaged, defective or incomplete upon arrival, thus you have got a valid Warranty claim, you must notify us immediately at info@mygpstore.com to request an Exchange or a Refund. (Alternatively, you may turn to the manufacturer of the defective Product with a so called "Product warranty claim", directly.)
